As part of this expansion, CAML is seeking highly motivated graduates to join its internship program, where they will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing this diaspora-focused initiative. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the product development cycle from initial concept through development, pre-launch, and post-launch activities.
- Conduct user and market research to identify emerging trends and innovation opportunities, proposing product enhancements based on insights.
- Develop user personas, map customer journeys, and design service blueprints tailored to diaspora needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of the diaspora-focused initiative.
- Engage with diaspora communities and key stakeholders to establish strategic partnerships and enhance outreach efforts.
- Assist in business development efforts, including marketing, customer acquisition, and engagement strategies.
- Provide support to client-facing teams for prompt issue resolution and liaise with service providers to address concerns efficiently.
- Document process requirements and conduct usability testing to ensure smooth functionality.
- Research and recommend strategies to drive product adoption and improve performance.
- Prepare reports analyzing product uptake, potential sales, and expansion strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- KCSE (or equivalent) grade of B+ and above, with strong performance in math and languages.
- A bachelor’s degree (minimum second-class honors) completed within the past year, or in the final months of completion with full-time availability for training.
- Demonstrated interest in financial technology, with a willingness to explore the intersection of technology and business.
