About the Role
Creekside Coffee Factory is looking for energetic and customer-focused Baristas to join their team. This on-site role involves preparing simple food items, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily café operations. Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers at the counter and take orders
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- Package take-out orders
- Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work areas, tables, dish stations, appliances, and equipment
- Operate dishwashers and wash items by hand
- Remove trash and maintain general cleanliness
- Receive, unpack, and store inventory
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
- Sharpen kitchen knives
Requirements
- Languages: English
- Education: No formal education required
- Experience: Will train
- Certificates: Food Safety Certificate
- Ability to work morning, evening, and flexible hours
- Must work on-site (no remote option)
