About the Role

NEWERGY INDUSTRIES INC. is seeking a reliable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee workers and coordinate daily activities across various job sites. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling abilities, and hands-on supervision. Work must be completed on-site.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise workers and oversee project activities
  • Coordinate, plan, and schedule daily tasks
  • Prepare production and progress reports
  • Train or arrange training for staff
  • Estimate costs and required materials
  • Requisition or order equipment, materials, and supplies

Requirements

  • Languages: English
  • Education: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Licence: Valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must work on-site (no remote work option)
